Clinical History 85
Sixty-four year old gentleman with a history of remote coronary artery bypass graft surgery who presents with recurrent angina pectoris. His past history includes transitional carcinoma of the bladder, non-insulin requiring diabetes mellitus and peptic ulcer disease. His medications included isosorbide dinitrate, diltiazem and ferrous sulfate.
