Clinical History 83
Sixty-nine year old woman accepted in hospital transfer after a recent myocardial infarction for evaluation and treatment of postinfarction angina pectoris. A subsequent cardiac catheterization demonstrated three vessel coronary artery disease. This electrocardiogram was obtained priorto intended coronary artery bypass graft surgery. Medications at the time of this tracing included diltiazem, isosorbide mononitrate and aspirin.
