Clinical History 96
Sixty-nine year old woman admitted to the hospital with acute onset shortness of breath felt to represent an exacerbation of her chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Co-morbidities include hypertension, insulin requiring diabetes mellitus and renal insufficiency. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included inhalers, insulin and nifedipine.
