Clinical History 124
Sixty-seven year old woman admitted with mental status changes and a confirmed subarachnoid hemorrhage. Co-morbid conditions include liver cirrhosis, hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included isosorbide mononitrate, spironolactone and disopyramide.
