Sixty-seven year old woman on hemodialysis secondary to long-standing hypertension who is urgently admitted to the hospital with sudden onset sharp abdominal pain. Her medications included atenolol, famotidine, timolol eye drops and hydralazine. Her serum potassium at the time of this electrocardiogram was 4.4 meq/L
