Sixty-three year old gentleman with a history of esophageal carcinoma who is recently status post esophagogastrectomy. He has a history of chronic atrial fibrillation. His medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included diltiazem.furosemide, digoxin, warfarin and potassium.
