Clinical History 210
Sixty-three year old gentleman with an inferoposterior myocardial infarction six years prior to this electrocardiogram who is admitted to the hospital for evaluation of recurrent ventricular dysrhythmias. The patient is on no current medications. A recent echocardiogram demonstrated moderate regional left ventricular systolic dysfunction with inferoposterior segment akinesis.
