Clinical History 72
Sixty year old gentleman with coronary artery disease status post coronary artery bypass graft surgery one year prior to this electrocardiogram who was admitted for repair of an abdominal aortic aneurysm. He is not known to have suffered a prior myocardial infarction. Medications included amlodipine and aspirin.
