Clinical History 106
Thirty-three year old woman seen in the outpatient clinic after a recent hospitalization for an asthma exacerbation. She also has a history of palpitations but no prior diagnosis of the Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included amitriptyline, ranitidine, aspirin and inhalers.
