Twenty-eight year old gentleman status post orthotopic liver transplantation secondary to chronic hepatitis 8 infection contracted ten years prior to this electrocardiogram who re-presents to the hospital with epigastric pain, nausea and hematemesis. His medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included cyclosporine, prednisone and omeprazole. His admission serum chemistries were notable for a serum potassium level of 2.3 meq/L
