Clinical History 281
Asymptomatic thirty-two year old gentleman currently seen in the outpatient department for routine follow-up. He does have a pertinent past cardiac history including a ventricular septal defect repair ten years previous to this electrocardiogram. A recent echocardiogram demonstrated severe biventricular systolic dysfunction and severe four chamber cardiac enlargement.
