Clinical History 261
Eighty-two year old gentleman with coronary artery disease status post remote coronary artery bypass graft surgery and a prior myocardial infarction who is accepted in transfer from an outside hospital with signs and symptoms consistent with an acute myocardial infarction. The patient received intravenous thrombolytic therapy and at the time of this electrocardiogram was awaiting cardiac catheterization. An echocardiogram performed six years prior to this electrocardiogram demonstrated moderate regional left ventricular systolic dysfunction consistent with his prior myocardial infarction.
