Clinical History 292
Fifty-five year old gentleman who presents for cardiology clinic follow-up in the setting of a non-ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy. His past medical history includes non-insulin requiring diabetes mellitus. His medications included furosemide, lisinopril, digoxin, atenolol, quinidine, glyburide and ranitidine.
