Clinical History 282

Fifty-six year old woman with a history of rheumatic valvular heart disease including mitral stenosis and aortic stenosis who is recently status post two valve replacement surgery. She has a history of paroxysmal atrial arrhythmias. Her medications included amiodarone, atenolol, furosemide and warfarin.
