Forty-six year old woman admitted to the hospital with acute pneumonia and recent onset perceived rapid heart beating. Her pertinent past medical history includes steroid-dependent polymyositis. A cardiac catheterization performed one year before this electrocardiogram demonstrated normal coronary arteries.
