Clinical History 217
Nineteen year old gentleman seen preoperatively prior to intended ostium secundum atrial septal defect repair. A recent echocardiogram demonstrated a moderate sized ostium secundum atrial septal defect with left to right shunt flow, a dilated right ventricle with normal right ventricular systolic function and moderate pulmonary hypertension.
