Clinical History 262

Seventy-four year old gentleman status post coronary artery bypass surgery several days prior to this electrocardiogram. Comorbidities include hypertension, hyperlipidemia and postoperative paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included aspirin and atenolol.
