Seventy-four year old woman with a four year history of shortness of breath in the setting of a recent cardiac catheterization demonstrating multi-vessel coronary artery disease and severe aortic insufficiency. The patient recently underwent coronary artery bypass graft surgery and aortic valve replacement. Her medications included metoprolol and aspirin.
