Clinical History 238

Seventy-six year old woman with coronary artery disease who underwent an angioplasty to the right coronary artery ten years prior to this tracing. She now returns for cardiology outpatient follow-up in the setting of recurrent angina pectoris. Her past medical history includes an embolic cerebral vascular accident, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Her cardiac medications included nifedipine, digoxin and sublingual nitroglycerin.
