Clinical History 272
Seventy-three year old gentleman with Hodgkin's lymphoma hospitalized for further evaluation and treatment. His past medical history includes hypertension. The patient has no known past cardiac history. His medications included hydralazine, lisinopril and chemotherapeutic agents. His serum potassium level was 4.0 meq/L at the time of this tracing.
