Sixty-eight year old gentleman with coronary artery disease status post coronary artery bypass graft surgery two years prior to this electrocardiogram who re-presents for evaluation of aortic insufficiency. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included captopril.furosemide, potassium and aspirin.
