Clinical History 215
Sixty-five year old gentleman with a myocardial infarction five years prior to this electrocardiogram referred for coronary artery bypass graft surgery. A recent cardiac catheterization demonstrated a 100% occlusion of the first diagonal branch of the left anterior descending coronary artery which was felt to reflect his prior high lateral myocardial infarction.
