Clinical History 219
Sixty-five year old woman with a recent myocardial infarction of unknown location accepted in transfer from an outside hospital with symptoms of angina pectoris. A cardiac catheterization demonstrated an 80% proximal left anterior descending coronary artery stenosis and a 90% mid right coronary artery stenosis. The patient was subsequently referred for coronary artery bypass graft surgery.
