Clinical History 220
Sixty-six year old gentleman who presented with an acute chest discomfort syndrome. Serial cardiac enzymes documented a non-0 wave myocardial infarction. Subsequently coronary arteriography was performed demonstrating a severe obstruction in the left circumflex coronary artery. This was followed by successful coronary artery stent placement. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included ticlodipine, intravenous heparin, nebulized inhalers and aspirin.
