Clinical History 284

Sixty-six year old gentleman with a long-standing history of atrial dysrhythmias who is status post aortic valve replacement for endocarditis. He returns for an outpatient cardiology follow-up evaluation. Complete heart block ensued necessitating permanent pacemaker placement.
