Clinical History 289
Sixty year old gentleman with long-standing hypertension and dialysis requiring renal failure who presents for an elective cardiac catheterization. A recent echocardiogram demonstrated moderately severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction. The cardiac catheterization demonstrated severe diffuse coronary artery disease. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included captopril, nitroglycerin and allopurinol.
