Clinical History 213
Thirty-two year old gentleman with coronary artery disease who returns for a six month follow-up examination. A cardiac catheterization performed at the time of this electrocardiogram demonstrated severe coronary artery disease, moderate left ventricular systolic dysfunction and evidence of prior inferior and anterior myocardial infarctions. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included isosorbide dinitrate, diltiazem, captopril and aspirin.
